Order Accuracy
Every Entrega de comida saludable is prepared based on the specific plan selected. Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and disclosing any known allergies during the checkout process.
Calorie Precision
Our Comidas completas con recuento de calorías are calculated using standard nutritional databases. While we maintain rigorous kitchen standards, minor variations in portion weight and ingredient density may occur due to the artisanal nature of our preparation.
Subscription & Renewal
Subscriptions for our Menú dietético a domicilio automatically renew unless paused or cancelled 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle. This ensures our kitchen can manage inventory and waste effectively.
Logistics &
Fulfillment
Delivery Windows
We deliver throughout the Valencia metropolitan area during specified morning windows. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or specified drop-off point. We are not responsible for spoilage if the package is left unattended beyond the agreed delivery window.
VIEW COVERAGE AREACancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be processed through your account dashboard. Changes to Pedidos de alimentación saludable require notification 48 hours before the preparation date. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen logistical errors.
